RUO Policy

1. Intended Use of Products

3. Customer Responsibility

4. Product Information and Research Data

HiiiTide provides product information, including chemical structures, analytical data, references, and research-related information, to assist qualified researchers.

Such information is provided for research purposes only and should not be interpreted as:

A recommendation for medical or therapeutic use;
A guarantee of product performance in a specific application;
Evidence of product safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Customers should independently evaluate product suitability, quality, and performance for their specific research purposes.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding:

7. Quality and Product Limitations

Unless otherwise specifically stated:

Products are not pharmaceutical-grade materials;
Products are not manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards;

8. Verification of Customer Qualification

HiiiTide reserves the right to request information regarding customer identity, institutional affiliation, intended research application, and end use before accepting or fulfilling an order.

HiiiTide may suspend, reject, or cancel orders when:

Customer information cannot be verified;
Intended use is inconsistent with RUO requirements;
The transaction presents compliance, regulatory, or safety concerns.

Records related to orders and customer communications may be maintained as required for business operations, regulatory compliance, and legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

HiiiTide provides products for research purposes only and makes no representations or warranties regarding suitability for any particular application beyond the product specifications provided.

Customers assume full responsibility for the proper use, handling, storage, and disposal of products. HiiiTide shall not be liable for any misuse of products or use outside the intended research purposes described in this policy.

10. Acceptance of Research-Use-Only Terms

By placing an order with HiiiTide, customers confirm that:

They are purchasing products for research purposes only;
They will not use products for human, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, or consumer applications;
They will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements;
